Golf Tee Time Administration: Daily operations
Operational reference for daily operations in Golf Tee Time Administration.
Daily operations
- Choose a course and tee-sheet date. All schedules use the Hub time zone displayed in the app, matching existing Hub tee sheets. Set the Hub time zone correctly before building a schedule.
- Build a day from a start time, inclusive last time and 5–60 minute interval. Choose players per slot, minimum party size, standard/member prices, booking access and open/blocked status. Existing slots are retained. Enter prices explicitly; this initial app does not apply automatic rate schedules when building slots.
- Add individual slots, edit capacity/prices/access, or block slots for maintenance or events. Blocking keeps existing reservations and prevents new bookings. Cancel each active reservation before canceling a slot.
- Add or edit staff reservations, party size, contact details, 9/18 holes and notes. Mark reservations completed or no-show. Canceling retains the record and uses the Hub's existing linked-scorecard cancellation service.
- The sheet refreshes every 30 seconds while no editor is open. Capacity is checked by the central Hub under the existing booking lock. A changed slot/reservation revision rejects stale saves. Close the editor and refresh before retrying a rejected or interrupted save. No offline bookings or automatic write retries are used.
Existing online booking rules, course member/golfer subscription restrictions and shared Hub records remain authoritative. This app does not process payments or send customer notifications.
