We retain information for as long as needed to provide the Services, maintain sports records, support public archives, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, prevent fraud, operate billing, preserve audit logs, and support legitimate business purposes. Some public sports records, event results, media, and transaction/audit records may be retained longer unless removal is required by law or policy.

These rights may include the right to know/access, correct, delete, opt out of certain sale/share or targeted advertising uses, limit certain sensitive data uses, and appeal decisions.
Game Action 360 will respond to verified requests as required by applicable law. Some requests may be limited by legal exceptions, security needs, public-interest sports records, contractual obligations, transaction records, fraud prevention, safety, or the rights and freedoms of others.
