Golf Service Orders: Incoming services

Operational reference for incoming services in Golf Service Orders.

Updated November 4, 2026 · 2 minute read · Application 1.0.6

Incoming services

The board uses the existing Sports Hub course service orders: food, bar and equipment. Enable and configure those services/catalog items in the Hub's course marketplace. Orders placed by golfers on the course website or active scorecard appear in the same central records.

Cards show the order number, time, customer, email, round reference where available, quantities/items/categories, fulfillment method, customer notes, item subtotal, tax, tip and total. Clubhouse pickup, turn pickup and on-course orders retain their original fulfillment information. This initial release shows the existing round reference and notes; it does not add GPS dispatch or infer a delivery hole.

Use Accept order → Start preparing → Mark ready → Complete order. Staff may cancel an active order. Fulfillment changes do not collect payment or issue refunds. The app retains order history and offers no destructive order deletion.

The default Active orders queue includes all placed/accepted/preparing/ready orders, including older unfulfilled orders, oldest first. History filters cover the last 30 days. Views page in groups of 50. All active status counts remain visible above the cards. Order times use the displayed Hub time zone.

The board refreshes every 10 seconds while no account dialog is open. Optional Sound on enables a brief incoming-order alert for this running app; browser audio requires that click. New order IDs or an increased placed count trigger the alert after initial loading. An offline/error message retains visible cards for reference and disables status changes until a successful refresh. Stale order revisions are rejected centrally. After an interrupted save, refresh before retrying; writes are never automatically retried.
