Race Course Designer
Enable Race Course Designer separately in the subscriber plan. It appears in All apps and Racing only for entitled users. Use its card to install/update, open, lock to kiosk or uninstall through the existing administrator controls. A browser sign-in to the configured Hub is required separately; a Workstation account or station PIN does not grant course permissions.
The independent designer opens a dedicated manual mapping workspace. Create an unpublished course or open a manageable course, place the start, draw ordered waypoints and explicitly place the finish. Add splits/flags, review the distance and save. Designs use the existing Hub course records, so Course Collector and Course Intelligence can use them. Editing a course still requires its usual management permission. Simultaneous edits show a recoverable draft instead of overwriting another save.
Default Hub: https://www.gameaction360.com. For another deployment, open the designer's Administration launcher and enter the shared station PIN to change its HTTPS Hub origin. Its private settings/browser profile survive code updates and uninstall. No local server, port or external service is added. Manual editing and saving require Hub connectivity; map/search/elevation providers require internet access. Native desktop operation and Rails request tests require verification on the deployment system.
