Enabled graphical setup forms
The TLS Setup launcher now opens real browser forms for authority creation, server requests, signing, certificate inspection, verified trust and HTTPS activation. Keep its terminal open. These forms are independent of race setup and station pairing. Opening an HTML file directly cannot run certificate operations; use the launcher. The terminal menu remains available with python3 tls_setup.py --cli.
