Program setup while OBS is loading
Program draft fields remain editable while OBS settings load or a setup request fails. Save Program setup and Record Program require verified OBS settings and retain their output guards. Entering a draft does not apply it to OBS. Loading/error messages appear above the form. If a request exceeds 20 seconds, use Refresh Program setup to confirm its result before saving or recording again; a timed-out operation is not automatically repeated. New edits made during refresh or save remain in the draft.
