Terms of Service
These Terms are designed for the Game Action 360 Sports Hub, including public hubs, team tools, league and tournament operations, scorekeeping, streaming, media, communications, sponsorship, payments, and related services.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Game Action 360, the Sports Hub, GameCenter, RaceCenter, team sites, league sites, tournament sites, sports organization sites, facility/location hubs, scorekeeping tools, live stream tools, media tools, chat, sponsorship tools, advertising tools, subscriptions, checkout, APIs, or related services, you agree to these Terms.
If you use the Services on behalf of a team, league, tournament, facility, sports organization, sponsor, school, club, or other entity, you represent that you are authorized to bind that entity. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
2. Eligibility and Youth Sports
The Services support youth, school, amateur, recreational, and other sports communities. Users must comply with all applicable laws, school policies, team policies, league rules, tournament rules, facility rules, child-safety policies, media policies, and athlete eligibility rules.
Users under 13 may not create or control an account unless permitted by Game Action 360 and supported by verified parent/guardian or authorized organization consent. Parents, guardians, coaches, directors, and administrators are responsible for ensuring that athlete information, photos, videos, livestreams, rosters, and communications are appropriate and authorized.
3. Accounts, Roles, and Access
- You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information and protecting your login credentials.
- Role-based access may include fan, player, parent/guardian, coach, team administrator, league director, tournament director, facility administrator, sports organization administrator, sponsor, advertiser, scorekeeper, production staff, and site administrator permissions.
- You may not impersonate another person, access accounts or tools without permission, bypass entitlement or payment controls, scrape restricted data, interfere with the Services, or use the Services for unlawful activity.
- Game Action 360 may suspend, limit, remove, or terminate accounts, content, streams, ads, sponsorships, or access when necessary to protect users, athletes, partners, platform integrity, legal compliance, or service operations.
4. User Content, Sports Data, Photos, Video, and Streams
Users may submit, upload, create, stream, score, record, publish, or distribute content including rosters, names, numbers, statistics, results, race times, schedules, standings, articles, photos, videos, livestreams, highlights, comments, chat messages, advertising creative, sponsor assets, and related materials (“User Content”).
You represent that you have all rights, permissions, licenses, consents, clearances, and authority needed to provide and use User Content, including permissions for athletes, minors, parents/guardians, teams, leagues, tournaments, venues, music, logos, trademarks, broadcast rights, and sponsor materials.
You grant Game Action 360 a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, process, transcode, display, reproduce, distribute, promote, analyze, moderate, create derivative operational outputs from, and otherwise use User Content to provide, improve, secure, market, and support the Services.
Game Action 360 does not guarantee the accuracy of scores, statistics, times, win probability, AI-generated summaries, automated highlights, articles, captions, classifications, recommendations, or other sports data. Official results remain the responsibility of the applicable team, league, tournament, school, governing body, or event operator.
5. Prohibited Content and Conduct
- No illegal, abusive, harassing, discriminatory, sexually explicit, exploitative, threatening, defamatory, hateful, or unsafe content.
- No content that invades privacy, doxxes users, exposes sensitive information, endangers minors, or violates school/team/league child-safety policies.
- No unauthorized livestreaming, recording, music use, broadcast retransmission, credential sharing, ticket/PPV circumvention, scraping, spam, malware, or security testing without permission.
- No false sponsorship claims, deceptive ads, misleading fundraising, counterfeit merchandise, or misuse of logos, marks, names, likenesses, or athlete images.
6. Chat, Messaging, Collaboration, and Notifications
The Services may include team chats, direct messages, group messages, coach/admin conversations, league/tournament director communications, sports organization collaboration, notifications, and related tools. Users are responsible for using communications professionally and lawfully.
Game Action 360 may use automated and manual safety, moderation, filtering, audit, retention, and abuse-prevention systems. Messages may not be private from administrators, moderators, compliance personnel, or safety systems where review is necessary to operate, protect, investigate, enforce, or comply with law.
7. Payments, Subscriptions, Sponsorships, Ads, and PPV
Paid features may include subscriptions, team plans, league/tournament plans, organization plans, manager seats, add-ons, branded sites, sponsorship inventory, advertising packages, pay-per-view access, video services, production features, and other offerings.
- Prices, features, limits, entitlements, taxes, fees, billing periods, renewal terms, and refund rules may vary by plan or order flow.
- Unless a written agreement or checkout page says otherwise, fees are non-refundable once access, inventory, production, publication, sponsorship, ad delivery, or digital services begin.
- Game Action 360 may use third-party payment processors and does not store full payment card numbers unless expressly stated by the processor.
- Sponsors and advertisers are responsible for their creative, claims, targeting, permissions, regulated product restrictions, and legal compliance.
8. Intellectual Property
Game Action 360 owns or licenses the Services, platform design, software, workflows, dashboards, templates, graphics, layouts, databases, compilation, trademarks, service marks, and related technology. Except as permitted through the Services, you may not copy, reverse engineer, resell, frame, clone, or create competing services from the platform.
Teams, leagues, tournaments, organizations, facilities, sponsors, and users retain rights they own in their submitted content, subject to the license needed for Game Action 360 to operate and promote the Services.
9. AI, Automation, and Analytics
The Services may use automation or AI-assisted features for highlights, clips, tags, summaries, articles, win probability, recommendations, moderation, safety checks, search, support, analytics, sponsorship reporting, and operational insights. Outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, delayed, or inappropriate for official decisions without human review.
You are responsible for reviewing AI-assisted outputs before relying on or publishing them. Game Action 360 may log prompts, inputs, outputs, metadata, and review actions to operate, improve, secure, and audit the Services.
10. Disclaimers, Limitation of Liability, and Indemnity
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” Game Action 360 does not guarantee uninterrupted streams, exact score/stat accuracy, official result status, error-free video, availability of third-party services, ad performance, sponsor outcomes, or compatibility with every device, browser, camera, encoder, venue network, or production workflow.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Game Action 360 and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, service providers, and partners will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, punitive, lost-profit, lost-revenue, lost-data, reputational, business-interruption, or similar damages.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Game Action 360 from claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses arising from your use of the Services, User Content, events, streams, ads, sponsorships, violations of these Terms, rights violations, privacy issues, youth-sports permissions, payment disputes, or legal non-compliance.
11. Changes, Contact, and Governing Terms
Game Action 360 may update these Terms. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms. Additional written agreements, order forms, checkout terms, league/tournament rules, sponsor agreements, data processing terms, or event-specific terms may apply.
