Saving Program setup from an unsupported current format
Open Recordings → Refresh Program setup, choose the recording drive/subfolder and MP4 (or another offered format), then Save Program setup. A Standard OBS profile's existing unsupported or unset format no longer requires changing settings in OBS first. Save displays its blocking reason below the button. Stop active outputs before saving; apply an OBS restart when the panel requests it.
If a camera ISO says its saved filter was removed, Save ISO setup recreates it after OBS confirms no corresponding output remains. An orphaned or unknown output must still be resolved before changes. This does not start an ISO or Program recording.
