Send unused admission passes to another user
Review the verified recipient and understand why old QR codes stop working.
Before you transfer
Use the account that currently owns the eligible unused pass. The recipient needs an existing verified GA360 account. Check which passes you intend to send; used, expired, void or unpaid/refunded passes are not eligible for the normal transfer workflow.
Send the passes
- Open My passes or the supported purchase-receipt transfer action.
- Select the unused passes you want to send.
- Enter the recipient's existing verified email address and continue to review.
- Carefully confirm the recipient and selected passes before submitting. Do not assume a similar name is the intended person.
- After completion, the recipient uses their receipt/current QR. Ask them to check their account/email if needed.
What changes
Ownership changes and individual QR/short codes rotate. Original purchase group codes exclude sent passes, and recipient groups exclude passes sent onward. The sender should not keep distributing screenshots of the old codes. A pass can remain invalid under its purchased dates, event or payment rules even after a transfer.
What stays the same
Original payment ownership and applicable refund rules do not move merely because a pass was sent. Admission dates and re-entry terms remain those purchased. Transfer history helps both parties understand movement without exposing the original purchase's finances to the recipient.
If the recipient is not found
Check the email spelling and ask them to complete signup/verification. Do not send the pass to a different similar-looking account or share your login as a workaround.
