Set up ticket types, prices and re-entry
Configure event admission options and staff without confusing physical tickets with video access.
Before opening sales
In Site Admin Studio, use Business → Event admissions → Event admission passes to find the event. Use an authorized admission manager account. Confirm the event name/time and selling organization. The relevant plan must enable digital event admission where required. Physical admission passes are separate from livestream or pay-per-view access.
Configure each admission option
- Open the event's Admission administration page and add an option. Use a clear pass name such as General admission, Adult or Student.
- Choose the authorized selling site/organization and the correct payment destination. Paid branded-site sales require its verified supported payout account.
- Enter the price and attendee details. Free admission uses 0; paid passes must meet the displayed minimum. Review the amount shown on the public purchase page.
- Set admission-open and admission-end times in the displayed Hub time zone. Review sales cutoff rules shown by the form.
- Decide whether to allow re-entry. The supported workflow requires an exit scan before a returning pass can re-enter.
- Enable sales only after reviewing all options. Use Add another admission option for a different ticket type.
Assign check-in staff
Add the staff member's verified existing account. Scanning access is limited to the event and does not automatically grant price-setting permission. Have staff connect the Validator and select this event before doors open.
Changes and cancellation
Existing purchases retain their purchased validity and re-entry terms; editing an offer applies to new purchases. Voiding a pass is distinct from refunding payment. Review the live event's policy and records before changes, and do not assume canceling an event or editing an option automatically refunds orders.
