Golf events, invitations and live leaderboards
Join or manage the correct event and understand entry, scoring and visibility.
Check the event before entering
Open the golf event and review course, date/time, format, eligibility, entry requirements and any team arrangement. Hosting access, event entry and golfer account access are separate. If an invitation is private, use the intended invited account.
Join and play
- Complete the displayed registration/invitation flow. Verify that your entry appears rather than assuming an opened invitation is registration.
- Use the round assigned or created for that event. Confirm player/team and course/game settings before scoring.
- Save hole scores and follow the event's submission or attestation requirements.
- Open the event leaderboard and check the correct division/team/format. A game score can differ from stroke totals.
- Refresh after a valid save if results have not yet updated. Do not enter duplicate scores merely to force a refresh.
Event managers
Review entries, player assignment, course/game/team settings and public/private visibility before play begins. Use the intended admin event workflow; access to a public leaderboard does not grant event management rights. Review hosting charges and cancellation terms before canceling; do not assume a cancellation automatically refunds a hosting fee.
Missing entry or score
Check account identity, invite eligibility, round association, event date and status, score submission and leaderboard filters. Record the event and player/round identifiers shown by the interface so staff can investigate the actual records.
