Navigate by task
Home, News, Watch, Photos and Listen lead to different content types. Explore provides application/feature and role/sport discovery. Team, league and athlete pages can have their own schedule, roster, stats and media navigation. Confirm the entity and season before comparing statistics.
Find content
- Choose the intended sport or organization context where offered.
- Use the page's filters/search and inspect dates and labels on results.
- Open the actual article/video rather than assuming a thumbnail or play symbol started playback.
- Follow/save the intended team or hub using the supported account controls. Review your personalized feed while signed in to the correct account.
- Use public share links for material intended to be public; avoid copying authenticated administration URLs as viewer links.
Video or content access problems
Check whether the content is published, whether it requires a subscription/purchase, and whether the stream is actually live. A scheduled event and a live broadcast are different. If a video does not play, report the page, event/video title, browser/device and visible error. An entitlement issue is different from a broken media source.
Athlete profiles
Use the correct player identity and team/season association. Profile visibility and editing depend on account relationships/permissions. Report a mistaken identity with enough context to distinguish similar names; do not create or overwrite another athlete's profile as a workaround.
