My calendar and team chats

Find the relevant schedule and conversations under the correct role and account.

Updated November 4, 2026 · 2 minute read

Your combined calendar

Open My calendar under My GA360. The calendar can combine eligible events from teams you follow, play for or coach. Practices are role-sensitive: fan calendars exclude practices while eligible athlete/coach views can include them. A missing practice is not automatically a calendar error.

Find schedule items

  1. Confirm the intended account, team/role context and date range.
  2. Use the calendar filters to narrow the schedule and select Update calendar.
  3. If the requested date range is shortened, use the displayed range limit and move through smaller ranges. Administrator and ordinary-user limits can differ.
  4. Open the actual item and verify time, location and current status before attending. A calendar listing is not a guarantee that an event has not changed since you last viewed it.

Team chats

Open Team chats from My GA360 and choose a conversation/team you are authorized to access. Check the audience before sending. Chat access and team administration are separate permissions; being able to follow a public team does not necessarily grant private staff conversations.

Missing items or conversations

Check role/roster/team assignment, date and filters before creating duplicates. If an item exists elsewhere in Hub, record its name and date and the calendar filters used. For chat issues, note whether the conversation is absent, loading fails or a message was not accepted. Do not include private conversation content in public diagnostics.
