Team administration: roster, schedule, practices and posts
Prepare the correct team workspace and distinguish local drafts from published Hub records.
Start with team access
Use the account assigned to manage the intended team. Team Administration and the Hub team workspace share permissions but may expose different tasks. A public roster or schedule does not grant editing rights.
Daily team work
- Choose the correct team and season. Review roster names/identities before adding or editing a player.
- Use the supported roster fields and save, then confirm the change in the current team view.
- Add or manage practices with the intended date/time/location. Check the displayed time zone and relevant team/season association.
- Create or edit games and other events through their supported workflow. Check opponent/venue/status rather than relying only on the title.
- Prepare posts/media for the intended audience and publication state. Inspect the public result using a normal viewer account.
Save and recover
If a form reports stale data or a rejected save, refresh the current record before retrying. Do not duplicate a player or event simply to work around a permission or connection failure. Preserve drafts through the application's supported save/export controls.
Public team site
Template/navigation configuration and roster/event data are related but distinct. Verify that menu destinations work, images are readable and published pages show the intended content. Test a representative schedule, roster and media item, including mobile layout. Use sponsor and profile information you are authorized to publish.
