Facility administration, assets and remote status
Review assigned equipment and distinguish status monitoring from device control.
Use the correct facility
Connect an authorized facility account and choose the intended venue. Facility Administration can surface assigned assets and supported remote operations; what appears depends on your actual assignments and the installed Hub/app feature set.
Daily checks
- Review assigned cameras, kiosks, scoreboards and production resources.
- Confirm which event or station each asset belongs to. A friendly name alone may not identify a physical device.
- Read the actual reported connection/operation state and its freshness. A saved assignment is not proof that a device is online.
- Use only the provided authorized actions. A status dashboard is not a general remote desktop or permission to control another venue.
- For problems, use the application's specific diagnostics and the relevant on-site staff. Check whether a stream or recording remains active before maintenance.
Prepare events
Coordinate the station administrator, event operator and venue staff before scheduled operation. Verify camera availability, screen assignments, network access and the intended event. If a camera is reserved for another production, resolve the assignment rather than repeatedly taking control.
Troubleshooting reports
Include facility/asset labels, app/Hub versions, last reported state and the time observed. Keep pairing codes and private network credentials out of screenshots. Do not expose local application ports to obtain remote access; use only the supported remote operations workflow.
