Choose the right account, website workspace and applications for the job you need to do.
Decide what you are trying to do
Sports Hub is the website for accounts, subscriptions, events, courses, teams, schedules, content and access. Standalone applications run on a local computer for jobs such as production, intercom, scoring, timing and camera control. Workstation is the launcher and maintenance tool for those applications. Updating one does not automatically mean every other component has been updated.
Set up your account
- Create your account using an email address you can receive messages at. Complete email verification when requested.
- Sign in and open Account to check the account you are using and its subscriptions. A free account does not imply every paid tool is enabled.
- If you manage an organization, course, team or event, have an authorized administrator assign the relevant role. Application access and permission to manage a particular record are separate checks.
- For a shared venue computer, have the station administrator prepare Workstation before general users operate it.
Pick your next guide
Use Install on Linux or Install on Mac for a new computer. Use the application's installation guide if Workstation is already installed. For website work, choose a topic such as Golf, Racing, Teams or Admissions. If something fails, search the actual error message and the application name together.
Verify you are ready
Open the expected workspace, confirm the correct course or event is selected and complete a small test before the real activity. For production, check picture, audio and destination; for scoring, check the event; for tickets, use an authorized test process rather than redeeming a customer's live pass.
