Enroll camera-only racers
In Racer assignments, enter the bib, name and race and leave the RFID field blank. A racer can also have RFID tags. Numeric camera bibs are matched exactly; leading zeroes matter. OCR currently recognizes 1–8 digit bibs, not alphanumeric bibs. Link your actual Hub meet/races before enrollment or any RFID/camera capture.
