Missing pip in an existing environment — 3071

The Linux installer now checks the actual app environment for pip and uses that interpreter’s bundled ensurepip when pip is absent. Existing virtual environments and workstation settings are retained. The Ubuntu helper also installs python3-pip and python3-venv. From the extracted release run sh install-linux.sh; avoid running the Python installer as root. If Ubuntu reports ensurepip itself is missing, install the pythonX.Y-venv package matching the Python interpreter in use, then rerun the installer. A real pip-less virtual environment was successfully repaired during validation.
