Production Truck menu opens and immediately closes

Identify the symptom

In the affected release, opening the compact Production Truck navigation can be followed by a rapid close while the single-display status refreshes. This is different from a page selection closing the menu normally.

Install the corrected application

1. Check the version actually running in Production Truck, not only the Hub build.
2. Update the installed Production Truck to 1.0.103 or a newer supported release containing that fix through Workstation or its supported Manual ZIP workflow.
3. Close the old desktop app normally after ending live operations, then reopen the updated app.
4. Open the menu and wait through several status refreshes. It should remain open until you dismiss it, choose a page or leave the compact mode as appropriate.

If the problem continues

Record the app version, desktop/kiosk/fullscreen mode and whether the native single-display layout is active. Include screen size and the action that dismisses the menu. Installing a Hub package alone does not guarantee the running desktop controller was updated. Avoid using repeated clicks as the long-term workaround.
