Automatic overlay preload
Overlay controls default to Automatic: they load the Preview scene's overlays while Auto Cut is off, and Program's overlays while it is on. Selecting or cueing a different scene refreshes the list. Preloading retains existing overlay visibility.
Use Overlay scene to select another OBS scene or explicitly follow Program/Preview. That selection stays in place when Auto Cut changes. Choose Automatic to return to mode-based following.
