On-Course Services: Order at the course

Order at the course

1. Choose a course and select Verify location & load services. Allow browser location access. The Hub applies its existing course-presence radius, accuracy allowance and freshness rules; location is checked again for checkout/submission. A device without usable location cannot order.
2. Browse Food, Drinks/bar or Pro Shop, choose quantities from 0–12 and set an optional tip. Active course membership discounts and course sales tax use the existing Hub pricing service.
3. Choose clubhouse pickup, turn pickup or on-course delivery. Turn/on-course fulfillment requires selection of an active round in which you participate or keep score. For delivery, enter your hole and meeting point in notes. This version does not infer a live delivery location or provide GPS dispatch.
4. Review order & total, then Place order · pay at course. The Hub recalculates pricing and rejects changed totals until you review them again. This matches the existing pay-at-course checkout; no card charge is made by this app.
5. Watch Your recent orders for the staff's fulfillment status. It refreshes every 15 seconds. Only your own latest 20 orders at the selected course are displayed.

The same request reference is retained across checkout retries, backed by a unique Hub database index. If a connection fails during submission, check recent orders and retry the same checkout if needed; the server returns an existing receipt instead of creating a duplicate. Writes are never automatically retried. Cart recovery retains its reference across page reloads. An acknowledged order clears the cart. This app does not support offline ordering.
