Course staff: memberships, services and public course pages
Separate course setup, operational tools and public preview/publishing.
Confirm staff access
Course management requires the appropriate assignment to the intended course. Individual staff permissions can cover tee times, orders or broader management. An application entitlement alone does not grant every course's administration.
Configure the course
Review name, address, phone/contact details and facility/course organization. Where a facility has multiple courses, keep the correct course/layout associated with its tees, holes and booking options. Add the supported hole information and images carefully; verify each hole in the public view.
Prepare operations
- Configure membership approval and the intended member/public access rules.
- Build and inspect tee-time availability before opening bookings.
- Set up enabled service menus, item availability, tax settings and staff fulfillment access where used.
- Assign the correct course to any shared golf station. The station-wide course assignment is not simply the last course a random user viewed.
- Test each operation with an appropriate staff/customer account rather than relying only on an administrator's broad access.
Preview and publish
Use the supported course website template and preview workflow to inspect navigation, contact information, hole pages and events. A preview and a published course site can have different URLs/availability. Check public pages while signed out before announcing them. If a menu link or unpublished course opens an unexpected page, include the exact route and publication state in the report.
Review scorecards
Use the authorized scorecard administration/review area for the relevant course or event. Do not treat editing a golfer's result as routine website configuration; use the supported correction and review process.
