Find the correct event and fix missing search results
Use date, category and video filters before changing access or creating duplicates.
Start broad
Search the event name or venue with a broad date range. Upcoming-only filters can hide an earlier event, and a selected category can exclude a general event. Clear filters when a result seems to have disappeared. Confirm you are on the intended account and Hub address.
Check the result
- Match the event name, date/time and venue, not only its position in a list.
- Use All dates or a specific date when the event is not upcoming. Review the time zone if it appears on an unexpected day.
- Clear Video enabled only when testing whether the record exists. If the app requires a video-ready event, have authorized staff configure video rather than choosing an unrelated event.
- If multiple pages exist, navigate them before assuming no more results.
- Confirm the selected event through the app's selection/continue action, then check its active-event heading.
If it is still missing
The record may be outside your permissions, canceled, missing a required station assignment or not enabled for the feature. Ask its administrator to check those conditions. Reinstalling an application or creating a duplicate event is usually not the first corrective action.
Before starting live work
Recheck the active event after any reconnect, account switch or schedule handoff. Confirm that its assigned cameras and publishing destination belong to the same event. A successful search does not mean the stream or scoreboard is running.
