Create an account, verify email and recover sign-in
Resolve common account and verification issues without creating duplicate accounts.
Create and verify your account
Use an email address you control. Complete the required signup fields and submit once. If email verification is requested, open the latest verification message and complete the confirmation before assuming signup is finished. Keep the original page available so you can see whether the next step succeeds.
If the email does not arrive
- Check the spelling of the email address used during signup.
- Check spam, junk and mail filtering. Look for the most recent message rather than repeatedly opening old links.
- Use the available verification resend/help control. Follow any displayed waiting period rather than sending repeated requests.
- If confirmation opens in a different browser, verify that you are signing in to the intended account afterward.
Password and session problems
Use the password-reset flow for the intended email address. Do not create another account simply because a password or verification link failed. A desktop application may have its own saved device session; signing in to the website in a different browser does not necessarily reconnect that application. Reconnect through the application's account controls when asked.
Confirm completion
Open Account and check the expected identity and active access. If the website works but one app fails, include both results in your troubleshooting report. On shared equipment, sign out or follow the configured customer-session flow before the next user. Never share your password to transfer a pass, manage a team or give a staff member access.
