YOUR CENTRAL CONTROL POINT

Bring it together in Workstation.

Workstation is the central focus for managing the applications on your computer. Choose the tools your account permits, launch the workspace you need and keep the station ready for the next event.

01

Install & maintain

Install entitled applications, renew their licenses and manage updates or removal through administrator controls.

02

Launch & switch

Open your event tools from one application menu, with desktop and kiosk options for compatible apps.

03

Manage station access

Use station locking and saved application assignments to prepare a shared computer for its role.

Sports Hub connects the account, subscription and permitted event information. Workstation manages the local application station and renews app licenses before launch. Each application verifies its own access and provides its own operating workspace.

CHOOSING YOUR TOOLS

A few things to know.

Start with the application that fits your job, then check its setup needs and plan access.

How do I install an application?

Start with GA360 Workstation, the central control point for installing, launching and maintaining entitled applications. Follow the application’s own installer instructions for any additional setup. Check its requirements for additional runtimes, devices or production software.

Does my plan include every application?

Included applications vary by subscription. Event, team, course and facility permissions also determine which records and actions you can access.

Compare available plans →
How do application updates work?

Applications have their own versions. Site administrators choose the public current release in Sports Hub, and Workstation provides administrator update controls for installed applications.

How is application access checked?

Each application checks its own renewable Sports Hub license when it starts. Workstation activates installed apps and checks or renews their licenses before launch. Licenses last up to seven days by default and require an account with access to that app. A Hub connection is required for launch verification and renewal.
