Administrator-assigned station course

Requires Sports Hub 0.0.3145 or newer for the authorized course picker. In Workstation unlock administration and choose Golf course setup, or tap the discreet dot in the local golf app header. Golf Scorecard uses its separate Administration launcher or python3 app.py --admin. A native window asks for the shared Workstation station PIN. Without an existing station PIN it creates one (8–32 digits); existing Workstation PINs and cooldown protections are reused. The old standalone Scorecard admin-PIN file is retained; course setup now uses the shared station PIN.

The picker uses the connected Workstation account if it has authorized courses; otherwise sign in with a Hub site administrator or entitled course manager with Manage course settings permission. Choose the course by name and Save station course. This shared assignment applies to Golf Scorecard, Tee Time Administration, Golf Service Orders and On-Course Services for the current Linux desktop account. It stores only Hub/course identity, not administrator credentials. Temporary setup sign-in is revoked when setup closes; an existing Workstation session is retained.

End active edits/checkout before changing the course. The local browser apps refresh when the shared assignment changes (after an open dialog closes). Reopen Golf Scorecard to apply the new course. Normal course selection becomes read-only; app requests for a different course or Hub are rejected locally. Staff permissions, app subscriptions and golfer location/active-round checks still apply. A station assignment never grants access to a course. If the selected course is unavailable to the signed-in account, fix its permissions or assignment rather than choosing another course as an operator.

The private shared file is ~/.ga360-workstation/golf-course.json (mode 0600), outside installed code and user sign-in data. It survives updates, uninstall and golfer/staff sign-out. Open Course setup and confirm Clear assignment to restore the ordinary course picker. Clearing/replacing the assignment requires the station PIN. Other users' operating-system accounts have separate settings. No new service or runtime dependency is added.
