Sports Hub distribution and Ubuntu updates — build 0.0.3060

This build packages the existing 0.16.0 timing implementation in the Sports Hub standalone catalog. Download it from Site Admin Studio → Application downloads. For a new Ubuntu workstation run python3 linux_setup.py install; use the new desktop launcher. Existing portable installs should remain in their current folder so relative SQLite database and recording paths remain valid. Do not move an active installation into a fresh folder and mistake its empty database for missing results.

Close the timing receiver, camera station and TLS setup processes before updating. From this extracted release run python3 update_manager.py --target /absolute/path/to/existing/application for a legacy/custom installation, or use the separate GA360 Updates shortcut for a standard install. Choose the downloaded ZIP and paste the SHA-256 from Studio. Ubuntu GUI updates need sudo apt-get install python3-tk; CLI updates are supported with --package /path/to/release.zip --sha256 HASH. Restore previous code with --rollback and the same --target. Restart the usual foreground launcher after completion.

Updates retain existing race_config.json, tags.csv and sample reads, SQLite databases, racer/RFID assignments, certificates, API credentials, recordings and unlisted local files. New installs receive the original demonstration configuration: configure a real meet and its timing rules before production. Updates do not restart races or capture automatically.
