Synchronization and decisions
OBS replay buffers are saved asynchronously. Alignment uses each save-request clock, actual finalized clip duration and saved per-camera offsets to find a common window. Different camera/encoder latencies and save timing can differ. Align against the same visible event in all cameras before each decision, and recheck for drift. Positive offsets select later frames. Per-review ±10-second adjustments remain available, and incident metadata retains those adjustments, the playhead, labels and notes. This is software alignment, not genlock or certified frame-accurate officiating equipment. Nominal frame stepping and browser decoding have the same limitations as before. The application does not infer rulings.
Play/pause, scrub, 0.1×/0.25×/0.5×/1×/2× and stepping act on the shared playhead. Click Enlarge, double-click an angle or press 1–8 for a larger camera view; All cameras or Escape restores the grid. Playback pauses the group when an angle buffers and corrects drift while playing.
