One-time appliance installation

Target: a Linux desktop/micro PC with a touchscreen, working camera drivers, OBS Studio 28+, Python 3.10+ and Chromium/Chrome. On Debian/Ubuntu, run ./install-linux.sh as the normal desktop user. It installs native dependencies through sudo, sets up a private Python environment, installs the branded launcher and enables user-session autostart. Configure desktop auto-login, display scaling, sleep and audio/capture permissions once. The installer does not reconfigure the operating system's login or power policies.

If dependencies are already installed, run python3 linux_kiosk_setup.py install --autostart. Launch with ./launch-kiosk.sh. ./launch.command or launch.bat starts a desktop session; automatic OBS supervision and USB/microphone discovery target Linux. Other platforms can connect an already configured OBS workspace through Workstation setup and use an existing input or supported network camera.

The kiosk uses its own configuration/profile, browser profile, controller port 8879 and managed OBS WebSocket port 4467. It does not reuse the Production Truck workstation's folders or outputs. A customer touchscreen keyboard appears for text input. The supervisors recover the browser/controller/OBS engine after interruption. They never resume a broadcast or re-arm a schedule after restart.
